Return and Refund Policy

At Zelnora, we are committed to providing you with high-quality skincare. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" once a product has been opened or used.

1. Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide a photo or video of the damaged/wrong item as proof.

2. Cancellations Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Products purchased during a Clearance Sale or as part of a Bundle Deal.
